Aiming to support the result-based implementation of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), the "Support to CEPA Monitoring, Implementation and Communication" project (the Project), within its Civil Society Support component, has initiated and carried out monitoring of reforms implemented under CEPA across several sectors. The monitoring was conducted by the independent civil society experts, based on the methodology proposed by the Project. The experts were selected through an open call for applications, based on their submitted proposals. Available monitoring reports address 14 narrowly defined topics within several areas covered by CEPA.

The Project highlights the importance of developing the potential of civil society as a key tool to ensure open, transparent, and accountable governance.
