Welcome to the Digital Information Resource for Civil Society. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your access to and use of the Digital Information Resource for Civil Society website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GOPA Partners in Action for Change and Engagement S.A. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Digital Information Resource for Civil Society provides a web portal to gather and share information on CEPA implementation in Armenia, including a database of CSOs, an open-access library, tools for capacity and skills building, and a forum for information exchange.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

3. User Contributions

Users may post, upload, share, submit, or otherwise contribute content to the Service ("User Contributions"). You represent that you have the necessary rights to your User Contributions and that they do not violate any laws.

By providing User Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

4. Content Use Policy

You may not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, contains harmful threats, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful.

5. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GOPA Partners in Action for Change and Engagement S.A. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall GOPA Partners in Action for Change and Engagement S.A., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.
